You Can Release a Negative Mindset

Are you finding yourself seeing only what’s wrong in your life? Take a breath, and consider all that is right in your life, and choose to celebrate the smallest of experiences.

I have found for some it’s hard to have any staying power in the positive mindset. To those I suggest living in awareness; when the mind wants to complain or say something negative, try to think of one experience of thanks, then another until there is a shift of consciousness. It could be as simple as a delicious breakfast; laughter shared with a friend, a funny Facebook post, or the enjoyment of watching a show on TV. Simple and positive experiences.

I encourage all to focus on the positive so that more positive experiences come into awareness. Focus on what can be immediately affected, Self. Give Thanks, and you open yourself up to the opportunity to receive more of what you want to experience in life.
